a year. Our secure on line shopping cart offers you two
payment options -
How do I do it?
Simply click on the 'add to basket' icon, which looks like this

You can find an 'add to basket' icon below the
photo of
each of our products, on the product details page. If you are
ordering a ring or a pendant, please select the ring size or
pendant necklace chain length before you click on the
'add to basket' icon.
When you click on the
'add to basket' icon you will be taken to your shopping cart,
where you will see the name, item code and the price of the
item.
You can alter the quantity of any item in your
basket by simply changing the quantity in the 'Qty'
box and clicking 'Update Cart'.
You can remove an item by clicking on the
Remove
below the item in the shopping cart.
Continue Shopping or
Checkout
Continue shopping - If you choose to continue shopping you will be
returned to the hope page of the Mexicana
website so you can continue browsing our collection. You can return to your shopping
cart at any time by
clicking on the 'view basket' icon which you can find next to
the 'add to basket' icon, below the photo of each of our
products, on the each of the product details pages and looks like this-

Checkout -
When you are happy with
your selection in your shopping cart, you can click on "checkout" to make your payment.
On the second page you will be asked for your
billing address and you will be given the option to have your
order delivered to an alternative delivery address. When you
have entered your details,
you will find the 'Continue' icon at the bottom of the form -
(Please note that we do ask for your telephone
number as well. This is solely and exclusively for us to be
able to contact you in the unlikely event that we have a
problem with your order. We will never share, sell or
otherwise distribute this, or any of your details with anyone,
ever.

On the third page you can add any additional
questions, comments or remarks that you may have for us.
On the fourth page you can check that your
order is correct and then select your preferred payment
method.
PayPal - If you already have a PayPal account that you
would like to use to make your payment, or if you would just prefer
to use PayPal, just click on the grey PayPal box and you will be
taken to the PayPal website where you can either login and make your
payment or choose to make your payment by Credit or Debit Card.
SagePay - If you would like to
make your payment with any of the following cards you can do
so via Sage Pay.

Once your payment is complete, you will be
sent an automated confirmation e-mail, with details of your
order and an acknowledgement of your payment.

Alternative Delivery Addresses and Sending
Gifts
|

If you are buying a gift for someone else and
you would like us to send the order directly to them, either in the
U. K. or anywhere else, or you would
like us to to send you your order to an alternative delivery
address, such as your work address, we are very happy to do that for
you, for free, but we do ask that you follow these guidelines -
When Ordering Online
On the second page of the online checkout you will be asked for your
billing address and given the option to have your order delivered to
an alternative address.
Please complete your order details with YOUR card billing address
and enter the alternative delivery address below. As part of the security checks that
the Credit and Debit Card payment providers
perform to validate genuine payments they verify
that the payment card details correspond with the address
given so, please DO NOT enter an alternative delivery address
in the payment card billing address section, as this may cause
your payment to be declined.
When Ordering By Phone
We do need both your card billing/home address and the
alternative delivery address. Our secure telephone order
payment system requires your address to verify that you are
paying with your own card. The system can't process your
payment without it. Just let the person who is taking your
details know that you would like the order to be delivered to
another address.

Make a note of the code and descriptive name (e.g.. NEC2E,
Lapis Lazuli Necklace) of your order and send your cheque,
made payable to Mexicana, to :-
Please print your name, address, post code and
telephone number ( in case of query).
Please be aware that we will need to wait for your cheque
to clear before we can send your order. This will normally
take about a week.

International Orders

Customers who live outside the U.K. and/or Delivery Outside
the U.K.
We can not process Credit or Debit Cards that are issued by
banks outside of the U.K. and registered to a U.K. address over the phone.
If your payment
Credit or Debit Card is not issued by a U.K. bank and/or not
registered to a U.K. address you MUST make your order and
payment on-line, via PayPal.
If your payment Credit or Debit Card is issued by a U.K. bank
and registered to a U.K. address, but you happen to be out of
the U.K., you are welcome to order by phone or online, as you
wish.

Exchange An Item
|

You are welcome to exchange an item because
the one you have is the wrong size or just think that, having
seen the one you ordered, you would prefer an alternative. To
exchange an item, please send the
original item to us, within sixty days from the date of your
order, along with a
covering note with your details, including your name and
address, when you made your order and let
us know which item you would like instead. If
the price of the replacement item is higher than
the original item, please enclose a cheque (made payable to 'Mexicana') ,
or cash, for the
difference. If the
cost of the replacement item is lower than the
original item, we will refund the difference to the card used
to make the original purchase.
We do strongly recommend that you use the Royal Mail
Special Delivery service to return the item(s) to us as this
is the only service offered by the Post Office that is insured
against loss for jewellery items. The Service costs £5.05 for
small packages and £5.50 for larger ones.
If you prefer, you can
also use the Recorded Delivery service, which costs about half
the price but please do be aware that this service is not
insured for loss for jewellery items. Please be sure to keep
your Proof of Posting ticket, which has your parcels unique tracking
number on and to put your name and address on the back of the
envelope to help the Post Office
in case they misplace it.

How To Return An Item For A Refund
|

More than 95% of our customers are
delighted with the quality, presentation and service they
receive from us. We try very hard to ensure that you will be
to too. We make every effort to portray an accurate
impression of our collection online, with clear photographs
and accurate product descriptions.
Having said that, we do recognize that what
you see may not be exactly what you were expecting so if, for
any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, we have a no
questions asked returns policy. Simply put, if you are unhappy
with your purchase, for any reason, just return the item(s) to
us, within sixty days, from the date of your order, and we will
refund the card that was used for the original order with the
full amount paid for the item.
If you would like to return an item,
please send it
back to us, along with a covering note
with your details, including your name and address, when you
made your order and a note of the fact that you would
like to be refunded.
