You can order on line 24 hours a day, 365 days
a year. Our simple and secure on line credit and debit card
payment service is provided by PayPal, a recognized and well
established company. You can find full details of the PayPal

how to contact them by phone and email with any questions you
may have about the service. Further information about PayPal
is available on their web site at
www.paypal.com.
PayPal (Europe) Ltd. is regulated by the Financial Services
Authority in the United Kingdom as an electronic money
institution.
How do I do it?
Simply click on the add to basket icon, which looks like this

You can find an add to basket icon next to
each of our products. This will open a new window with details
of the piece including its name, item code and price.
You can now choose to go to the checkout and
make your payment or you can choose to continue shopping. If
you choose to go to the checkout you will be asked for your
delivery address, your credit or debit card details and
your email address. You will also be asked to create a
password - this will enable you to log on to the PayPal site
and check the details of the transaction. You will also be
able to make any future payments to any merchant that uses PayPal by simply logging in to your account. Click 'Continue'
and your details will be processed. You will be sent a
confirmation email by PayPal with details of your transaction.
When your payment has been completed you will be returned to
the Mexicana website. If you already have a PayPal
account you can simply log in with your email address and
password.
If you choose to continue shopping you will be
returned to the page you were last viewing on the Mexicana
website. You can return to your shopping basket at any time by
clicking on the view basket icon which looks like this-

You can alter the quantity of any item in your
basket by simply changing the quantity in the 'Qty'
box and clicking 'Update Cart'.
You can remove an item by 'ticking' the
Remove box and then clicking 'Update
Cart'.
When you are happy with
your selection click on continue to make your payment.

Make a note of the code and descriptive name (e.g.. NEC2E,
Lapis Lazuli Necklace) of your order and send your cheque,
made payable to Mexicana, to :-
Please print your name, address, post code and
telephone number ( in case of query).
Please be aware that we will need to wait for your cheque
to clear before we can send your order. This will normally
take about a week.
Exchange & Returns Almost all of our customers are delighted
with the quality, presentation and service they receive from
us and we make every effort to portray an accurate image of
our collection online. However, due to a combination of the
nature of the internet and the vivid colours of some of the
stones used in a number of our products this is not always
possible. We can honestly say, and we are constantly reminded
by our customers, that in most, if not all, cases the 'real
thing' is not done justice by the internet photographs.
Having said that, we do recognize that what
you see may not be exactly what you were expecting so if, for
any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, we have a no
questions asked returns policy. Simply put, if you are unhappy
with your purchase for any reason just return the item(s)
within one calendar month from the order date and we will
refund the card that was used for the original order.
If you would like to exchange an item, let
us know what you would like instead and return the original
item to us with a cheque (made payable to 'Mexicana') for the
difference if the cost of the replacement is higher. If the
cost of the replacement item is lower, please return the
original and we will send a cheque to you, made payable to the
card holder who placed the order with us, along with the
replacement item.
We do insist that you use the Royal Mail
Special Delivery services to return the item(s) to us. Sadly
we have found that almost every parcel that has been sent by
any other service has gone 'missing'. The Service costs £4.60
for small packages and £5.05 for larger ones. Returns should

Please be sure to keep the
Special Delivery ticket which has the parcels unique tracking
number on and to put your name and address on the back of the
envelope to help the Post Office
in case they misplace it.
