Mexicana Silver Jewellery offers you fast and free delivery on all orders for silver jewellery and gemstone jewellery, with a standard two working day delivery guarantee on all orders for delivery within in the UK (excluding highlands and islands, visit www.royalmail.com and click on Postal Services then Special Delivery then Coverage to find out more.)

Your jewellery order will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery which is fully insured and guaranteed to arrive the next working day, by 1pm. We send out most of our orders the same day so they are delivered the next working day. We guarantee that you will receive your order within two working days. This service is free.

Guaranteed next day delivery service for the U.K.

Next day delivery is normally available for urgent, last minute gifts which are to be delivered with in the U.K. (excluding highlands and islands) but is subject to confirmation from us.

If you require urgent next day delivery please call our help line on 0854 00 90 900 before 4pm, Monday to Friday, for confirmation.

Guaranteed next day delivery is available for orders placed on Friday, for delivery on Saturday, for an additional £2.00 per order. There is no extra charge for guaranteed next day delivery for gift orders placed from Monday to Thursday for delivery the next (working) day.

Next day delivery is not available for orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays. If you have left it to the last minute, and you let us know, you can rest assured that we will treat your gift order as urgent and do everything we can to make sure that it is delivered in time.

Our post leaves at 4:30pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). We need at least half an hour to process your order depending on how busy we are.

Orders made online get processed slightly faster than telephone orders because we don't have to process your payment before we can send you your order.
 

Delivery in time for Christmas

We can guarantee UK delivery in time for Christmas for all orders made before 4pm on Friday 21st December 2007.
 

Free world wide delivery - delivery outside the U.K. *

Your order will be sent by Royal Mail International Signed For with Airmail delivery which is fully insured and has the following delivery target times -

Western Europe - within three working days.

Eastern Europe - four working days.

North America and the rest of the world - five working days.

*Please note that the recipient may be charged Customs, Import Duties or Tax. Orders sent to European Union countries are exempt from any form of Tax. Orders sent to countries out side the European Union may be subject to such charges. Mexicana can not be held responsible or liable for any such charges.
