Almost all of
our customers are delighted with the quality, presentation and service they
receive from us. We have every reason to believe that you will be too because we make every effort to portray an accurate image of our
collection online. However, due to a combination of the limitations of the
colours that can be shown on internet, the colour settings of each and every
computer and monitor and the vivid colours of some of the stones used in a
number of our products this is not always possible. We can honestly say, and
we are constantly reminded by our customers, that in most, if not all cases,
the 'real thing' is not done justice by the internet photographs.
Having said
that, we do recognize that what you see may not be exactly what you were
expecting so if, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, we have a
no questions asked returns policy. Simply put, if you are unhappy with your
purchase for any reason just return the item(s) within sixty days of your order date and we will either exchange the item for another of your
choice or refund the card that was used for the original order.
If you would
like to exchange an item, let us know what you would like instead and return
the original item to us with a cheque (made payable to 'Mexicana') for the
difference if the cost of the replacement is higher. If the cost of the
replacement item is lower, please return the original and we will send a
cheque to you, made payable to the card holder who placed the order with us,
along with the replacement item.
We do strongly recommend that you use the Royal Mail
Special Delivery service to return the item(s) to us as this
is the only service offered by the Post Office that is insured
against loss for jewellery items. The Service costs £4.95 for
small packages and £5.40 for larger ones.
If you prefer, you can
also use the Recorded Delivery service, which costs about half
the price but please do be aware that this service is not
insured for loss for jewellery items.

your Proof of Posting ticket, which has your parcels unique tracking number on
and to put your name and address on the back of the envelope to help the Post
Office
in case they misplace it.
